If you are looking for a way to look younger without the need for invasive surgery, look no further. At Eagle Eye Aesthetics (EEA), we provide a range of non surgical procedures that aim to produce outstanding results without surgery.
These include:
Botox
Botox treatments are a safe and effective prescription facial injectable that can reduce facial wrinkles in the forehead, brow, and eye area to achieve a more youthful appearance. They can also be used to slim and sculpt the face as desired.
Profhilo
Profhilo, also known as the 逆时针 or “Time Reversing Injection”, has been gaining popularity quickly as the choice of aesthetic treatment for those that have sagging skin. This bio-remodelling “injectable moisturiser” that addresses skin laxity and signs of ageing through the bio-stimulation of collagen, elastin and adipocytes (fats) that were lost through skin ageing.
Fillers
Fillers help targeted tissues retain water and restore skin volume. This non-surgical treatment can rejuvenate and enhance the appearance of the treated areas by restoring plumpness, smoothing wrinkles, and stimulating collagen growth to strengthen the skin.
Morpheus8™️ treatment
Morpheus8™️ treatment can provide tighter, more youthful skin by reducing wrinkles, fine lines, fatty deposits, sagging, and discoloration. It is a revolutionary non-surgical cosmetic treatment that uses radiofrequency microneedling. It works by stimulating collagen production throughout your skin while also triggering restorative cell growth. Combining these skin rejuvenation technologies provides superior results compared to either one performed alone.

Lines and wrinkles around the eye?

The eye is the aesthetic centre of the face. Our faces age for many reasons and one of the earliest visible signs of aging is the development of wrinkles and a loss of facial fullness in the area surrounding the eye. Over exposure to the sun, poor lifestyles and habits, as well as degradation of the skin’s biological functions all affect how we look.
Most wrinkles appear on parts of the body where sun exposure is greatest. Crow’s feet, or wrinkles that appear at the corners of the eyes, are one of the earliest signs of ageing.
What can be done to counter this?
We can address some of these wrinkles with non- surgical procedures such as Botox and Fillers.
As oculoplastic and aesthetic surgeons, our doctors understand facial anatomy and how it alters with age. Our doctor uses a range of treatments, such as chemical neuromodulation (botox) and fillers, to ensure that our patients achieve bespoke natural-looking results with movement. We believe that we should “freeze our lines not our expression”.

What is Botox?
Botulinum Toxin A (commonly known as Botox) is a sterile purified protein. It is used medically to treat certain muscular conditions and cosmetically to remove wrinkles by relaxing facial muscles, giving the face a relaxed and smooth appearance.

When should I consider Botox?
Anyone can consider Botox if they are concerned about the dynamic lines they see on their face. When we frown, blink or squint, we gather tissue into a fold which can cause a chronic crease in our skin. This results in crow’s feet, forehead wrinkles and frown lines. Botox blocks nerve impulses to muscles, causing the muscles to relax. Once a muscle action has been relaxed, existing creases fade and new ones are prevented. Botox treatment can also be used in brow elevation to widen the eye area and give one an open, refreshed appearance.
How is the procedure done?
A few drops of Botox are injected into the facial muscle with a tiny needle into the facial muscle, blocking the nerve impulses that cause the contractions. As the stimulation to the muscle weakens, the lines gradually soften, giving you a more refreshed, relaxed, highly natural looking appearance. The actual procedure is usually very quick, often taking only a few minutes.
What should I expect after the procedure?
There is usually minimal or no bleeding or swelling after the procedure. The nurses may apply some ice to the injection sites after the procedure to reduce any swelling. Some patients have it done during their lunch hour and return to normal activities thereafter. We usually advise patients to avoid vigorous exercise or massaging the face immediately after the injection to avoid inadvertent spread of Botox to other facial regions.
How long does Botox last?
The Botox takes effect in 3 to 4 days, while maximum results are achieved in 7 to 10 days. Gradually over 3 to 6 months, the Botox effect will fade, and the muscle action will return. When the frown line starts to reappear, a simple repeat treatment is all that is necessary to maintain the desired result.

Is Botox safe?
Botox is one of the most widely researched medicines in the world. It is safe in the hands of properly trained health professionals. The main risk is temporary droopiness of the eyelids, which may occur in approximately 1-3% of cases. This can be treated with appropriate eyedrops. Unnatural looking results can be avoided by titrating the amount of Botox and where it is placed. It is attractive to keep some natural movement, so you look refreshed, not fake. Talk to your doctor to see which might work best for you.
Filler

Our faces age for many reasons and one of the earliest visible signs of aging is the development of wrinkles and a loss of facial fullness around the periocular region.
However, not only is the eyelid skin the thinnest on the body, but it tends to show signs of aging early because of constant muscle contraction beneath, exposure to UV light, and a paucity of elastin and collagen compared to other skin areas of the body.
Safe and effective
Dermal fillers are renowned for their efficacy and safety, all consistently proven by many randomized clinical trials. Most patients retain their results for 6-18 months or longer, however precisely how long a tear trough treatment holds its effect is very individual. This depends on many factors, such as your age, skin type, lifestyle, and muscle activity. For moderate to severe eye bags you should consider eye bag removal surgery – which gives results lasting 10 years of more.
The dermal fillers we use are made from hyaluronic acid – a substance that occurs naturally in the body. These types of fillers are biodegradable, which means that they will gradually be absorbed as the gel breaks down and water takes its place. When totally absorbed, the filler gel disappears unnoticed from the body.

How do Filler injections help you?

Tear trough fillers
The tear trough is the area between your cheek and lower eyelid. As we age, we lose volume in this area, causing under-eye dark circles, hollows and eye bags to appear. This ageing change can start as early as our late twenties and can cause a lot of distress when we look in the mirror.
Tear trough fillers are an effective way to treat dark circles under the eyes and under-eye hollows. By injecting filler under the eyes, we fill the volume lost by ageing – lightening dark circles, filling under eye hollows and wrinkles. This treatment also improves skin quality by boosting collagen production and hydrating skin from the inside.
Our Oculoplastic surgeons, with over 20 years of combined surgical experience treating intricate facial anatomy, use advanced biplanar techniques of correcting the tear trough deformity achieving natural-looking results which give the patient a younger, fresher, less tired-looking appearance.
- Painless – topical anaesthetic is applied
- Long-lasting results – 6 – 18 months or more
- Quick – typically takes 15 minutes with little downtime

Face contouring and volumizing
Hyaluronic acid fillers restore the fullness of the lips, cheeks, nose and jawline while also helping to correct facial asymmetries and restore contours that may have softened over time, resulting in more refined features and facial contour.
Wrinkle treatment
Hyaluronic acid filler treatment caters to different wrinkle treatment needs from smoothing away crow’s feet and fine lines to correcting deep folds and frown lines.
Face lifting enhancement
By adding volume to the mid to lower facial regions, filler injections can tighten and elevate sagging areas, resulting in a subtle and immediate facelift.

What so special about Profhilo?
Profhilo offers skin deep hydration because the needle bypasses the dermis to deposit the hyaluronic acid to disperse by itself.
Compared to the other injectable moisturisers, the hydration benefits are much more pronounced with Profhilo as the concentration of hyaluronic acid in Profhilo is higher. The biochemical makeup of hyaluronic acid complexes in Profhilo also build elastin and collagen in the skin to strengthen the scaffold of the skin, whereas the injectable moisturisers only build collagen. This gives Profhilo its slight lifting and tightening effect.
Why do we need to replenish collagen and elastin? Both collagen and elastin fibres form the structural scaffold of our skin. As we age, both collagen and elastin fibres in our skin are depleted. This causes signs of ageing such as thinner skin, fine lines and wrinkles, loss of skin elasticity and turgor. Skin also becomes more lax and the surface of the skin also becomes more irregular due to the loss of collagen and elasticity. To address these signs of ageing in the skin, both collagen and elastin fibres should be replenished.
Overall, Profhilo is a good skin investment to future-proof your skin. Profhilo tackles signs of ageing without changing your facial features. If you are younger and would like to age-proof your skin, Profhilo is also a good consideration to start on early to age gracefully. Think of it as building up the hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin reserves in your skin.
